Swept Wing Bookshelf in Solid Walnut Hardwood

Three long shelf blades sweep out from a single carved spine, each one thinning to a point at the tip. Between them the wood opens into teardrop voids, so the piece reads as one continuous line instead of a stack of boxes. Grain runs with the curve of every arm, dark through the thick sections and warmer where the timber narrows. It spans wide across the wall and stays shallow, deep enough for books laid flat and a framed print leaning back.

Each arm is cut from real solid hardwood and shaped down by hand until the curves meet cleanly. No veneer over particle board, no printed grain. Work starts only after your order comes in, so the figure you receive belongs to the boards chosen for you. Our shop sends photos at each stage and waits for your go ahead before moving on.

The shelf ships in separate carved sections, packed part by part. Splitting it that way lowers the chance of damage in transit and keeps freight cost down. Printed assembly instructions travel inside the crate, and our team answers questions by email if a step is unclear.
