How long until my piece arrives?

Orders are typically delivered within 12–17 business days.

Is everything really solid wood?

Yes. Every piece is solid hardwood through and through. No veneer, no MDF, no particle board anywhere in the build.

Can I order a custom size?

Many pieces come in several listed sizes with a price for each. If you need something outside the listed options, ask through the contact page and we will tell you honestly whether we can build it.

Delivery

What does free worldwide delivery include?

Free worldwide, with tracking emailed the moment it ships. Each piece ships in parts for safe transit and assembles easily, with clear instructions and hardware included.

Do you deliver outside the US?

Yes. We deliver worldwide, and delivery is free on all orders. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to hello@burlholt.com.

Returns and warranty

What if the piece does not suit the room?

You have 30 days. Changed your mind before production starts? Cancellation is free, refunded in full. After the piece ships, email us and we send clear return instructions; for oversized pieces, or if you cannot manage the return yourself, we arrange home collection. Refund in full once the piece is back with us. Details are on the returns page.

What does the 10 year warranty cover?

The structure: frame, joinery and the hardware we fitted. The full terms are on the warranty page.

The wood

How do I care for solid wood?

Dust weekly, oil once or twice a year, wipe spills promptly. The full routine is in our care guide.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

The design will. The grain will not, and that is the point. Every board is cut from a real tree, so figure and tone vary piece to piece. Live edge and trunk-form pieces vary the most.
