Three waves stack under a pointed top, each wave carved so a lens shaped opening runs through it. From the front the layers ripple in and out, and one wave stretches to the right to form a small shelf. The timber is honey toned with dark brown figure sweeping through it, and the highlights follow the ridges where the surface turns.
Every wave is cut from solid timber and sanded through the curve until the ridge lines stay unbroken. There is no veneer here and no printed figure, only what the board carried before it was cut. The console is made after your order, so the sweep of the pattern belongs to that board alone. Photos arrive from the workshop at each stage and the next step waits on your word.
The table is packed in parts. The top and the wave stack travel in their own wrapping, which keeps a thin ridge from taking a hit and holds the freight cost down. A printed assembly sheet sits in the crate, and the team replies by email if anything about the fit is unclear.
