Every curve is cut and shaped from solid hardwood, then sanded through by hand until the inner edges feel rounded rather than machined. No veneer is wrapped over a core and no grain is printed on. Each piece is built after your order comes in, so the figure you receive belongs to the boards cut for it. Photos of the work go out at each stage for your approval before the next step begins.
