About this piece

A pale top rests on a solid base carved through with two large wave shaped openings, leaving flowing ribs between them. From the side, the base looks like water carved into wood.

We carve the cutouts by hand through solid hardwood and sand every inner surface smooth. A light matte finish keeps the pale tone natural. Nothing is pulled from stock: the coffee table with twin wave cutouts and a pale top is made for you, and the workshop photographs each stage.
