About this piece

A long dark slab widens toward one end, where a shallow bowl is carved straight into the surface. The slab rests on angled legs placed off center, so it seems to lean forward.

The bowl is hollowed by hand from the same solid hardwood slab, and the whole piece is sanded and finished matte. Nothing is glued in. Your long dark slab coffee table with a carved bowl is started only once you order, and the workshop sends photos as it takes shape.
