About this piece

A thin ribbon of wood undulates through two low valleys and lifts at both ends, as if someone had caught a wave in a single line. Its surface carries fine carved ridges and a light, marbled grain. The profile is shallow, so it sits close to the wall.

We carve the ribbon by hand from solid hardwood and finish it to a smooth matte. The shallow depth makes it light enough for most walls with standard fixings. It is made to order, and we share workshop photos at each stage.

Its mid century feel pairs well with low furniture and open plan rooms. The piece is packed flat with hardware and printed instructions, and our team answers questions by email. Every order ships free worldwide and can be returned within 30 days.
