About this piece

The top edge of this panel is cut as a mountain skyline, and beneath it overlapping ridges step forward in carved layers. There is no painted sky, so the wall itself becomes the air above the peaks.

We carve the ridges into solid hardwood by hand, cutting each layer back at an angle so it catches light differently. A low sheen finish on the layered ridge carved mountain wall art protects it without hiding the figure. It is made after purchase, with workshop photos shared along the way.

It works above a sofa, a fireplace or a bed. The panel ships flat and padded with hardware and printed instructions, and our team answers questions by email. Delivery costs nothing worldwide and returns are accepted within 30 days.
