The whole left side rolls over and continues underneath, so the case reads as one long curve rather than a box with a lid on top. Inside that curve sits an open niche. In the middle, an exposed shelf takes your console and cables, two wide drawers hide the rest, and a second open cubby finishes the right end. A shaped rail runs along the bottom and softens the line to the floor.

The body starts as solid wood blocks glued into slabs, then bent and worked around the corner until the grain follows the turn instead of stopping at it. Drawer fronts are cut from adjoining boards. The finish is thin and open so the reddish depth of the timber shows, marks and all. Made to order, one at a time.

It comes to you disassembled to protect that wrapped corner and to keep the shipping reasonable. Panels are numbered, fasteners are pre-fitted where they can be, and the illustrated sheet takes you through it in order. Two people and a quiet hour is plenty.
