About this piece

A two drawer box holds up a long top that cantilevers outward, and beneath it a lower shelf scrolls back on itself at the far end. The composition is balanced but asymmetric.

We shape the scroll by hand from solid hardwood and fit the drawers to the box, then finish everything in a soft matte. It is built after purchase, and we photograph the progress for you.
