About this piece

Two leaf shaped platforms overlap and cross at the middle, where the wood narrows into a slim X before opening out again. The result is a very long low run of storage that still looks light. Magazines lie flat in the open bays. A small vase and a bronze cup sit on the top surfaces.

The platforms are formed from solid wood blocks joined into wide slabs, then cut to those soft outlines and carved where they cross. The finish stays minimal, which is why the flame figure reads so strongly across the top and the edges show the true depth of the material. Each one is made to order.

A piece this long always ships in sections. Separate parts survive the journey far better and cost much less to send than one continuous body. Connectors are pre-installed and labeled, the guide walks the sequence, and our team is available if a joint needs explaining.

At each step we wait for your approval: only when you are happy do we move to the next stage, and the piece ships the same way. Until production starts, you can cancel at no cost.
