About this piece
Two open voids run through the base, so the table reads as one continuous ribbon of wood rather than a top sitting on legs. The upper edge keeps its natural wandering line where the board once met the bark. Low and long, it fills the space in front of a sofa without crowding it.
Several thick blocks of solid wood are joined into one mass, then carved down until the curves flow without a break. Sanding is taken through fine grits and finished with a clear penetrating oil, so the grain stays visible and the surface feels warm under the hand. Every piece is cut after your order comes in, so no two share the same figure.
The table travels as separate components in braced crating, which keeps the carved edges safe and holds freight cost down. Bringing it together takes a few bolts and the printed guide in the box. Message our workshop team if anything looks unclear and someone will walk you through it.
