About this piece

A slim console with a rounded rectangular top and two flush drawers set into the apron, opening without pulls. The four legs are the detail to look at. They start wide where they meet the apron, curve out as they drop and taper to a small foot, so the frame looks stretched rather than propped. The walnut is warm and closely striped, and the softened corners of the top carry that stripe around the ends in one continuous line.

Both the top and the legs are cut from solid wood. No veneer, no printed grain, no shortcut on the curves. Each leg is shaped by hand until it matches the other three and meets the apron in a smooth junction with no step. We start work after your order, which means the striping in your console is drawn from the boards chosen for it. Photographs come to you at every stage of the build for approval.

The console arrives disassembled, with the legs and top wrapped separately so nothing rubs in transit and freight stays affordable. Printed assembly instructions are packed in the crate and email support is on hand. Free worldwide delivery, returns within 30 days.
