About this piece

Two arched legs lift a cloud shaped top just clear of the floor, and each arch is pierced by a rounded opening that lets light travel underneath. The outline of the top never repeats itself, dipping in on one side and swelling out on the other.

Solid wood blocks are laminated into both the top and the legs, giving the piece enough mass to carve deep curves without weak points. Bark inclusions and dark mineral streaks along one edge are left exactly as they formed. Only careful sanding and a clear finish stand between you and the grain.

Production begins once your order is confirmed, so the piece is yours from the first cut. Top and legs travel as separate braced components, which protects the carved edges and lowers the shipping quote. Setting it up means placing the top on the legs and tightening the fixings noted in the guide. Support is a message away.
