The base is the story here. One length of hardwood folds into a deep wave, dropping to the floor on the left and rising again to meet the top, and on the right it turns into an open box that holds books at ankle height. The top above it keeps a live edge along the front, pale and crusted in places, dark and glassy across the middle where the grain runs long. Seen from the side the whole desk reads as one continuous line.

Solid wood throughout, cut and shaped by hand. A curve this deep is worked from thick stock rather than bent from thin layers, and the surface is sanded until the wave feels the same in your hand as it looks from across the room. No veneer, no printed figure. Each desk is made to order, so your grain pattern is yours.

Shipping is done in parts. The top, the wave base and the shelf box travel packed individually, which keeps the corners safe and holds freight down.
