Layered Peaks and Rising Sun Wall Art, Set of Three

Three panels hung with a narrow gap between them cover a wide stretch of wall in one move. Read left to right they tell a single scene: layered ridges building up from the bottom, a great disc rising behind them, and carved cloud bands stacking away toward the top corner.

Each panel starts as solid wood blocks joined into a slab, and the landscape is cut in stepped layers so the ridges physically stand off the background. The warm brown belongs to the wood under a clear finish, and you can see straight grain running through the sun disc where the surface was deliberately left uncarved. One set is made at a time, after the order.

The set arrives as three separately packed panels, which protects the carved edges and keeps freight from getting out of hand. Hanging is the only assembly involved: line up the top edges, keep the spacing even, and the scene closes up. A guide comes with the set, and support is there if you want a second opinion on spacing.
