Loops branch out from a central spine and hold themselves flat against the wall, each one closing into an open pocket at its end. The bands stay slim, roughly two fingers wide, which makes the shelves look drawn rather than built. Books sit inside the closed loops and pottery sits along the flat runs. The walnut figure follows every turn instead of stopping at a joint.

The loops are cut from solid stock and worked by hand until each band holds an even thickness through its turn. Nothing is veneered and nothing is printed. Because the build starts after you order, the figure across your loops belongs to the boards used for it. You will get photos from the workshop at every stage to approve before we continue.

Delivery is disassembled, with the spine and each loop packed on its own. Fewer parts under load in transit means less risk of damage, and the smaller boxes cost less to move.
