About this piece
Two pedestals rise from the floor in soft S curves, each cut from a thick slab so the grain follows the bend. They carry a live edge top with a pale, almost bleached front edge that steps in and out along its length. A separate block of three drawers stands under the right side, its faces flat and handle free, the walnut figure running across all three in sequence.
Solid wood throughout. The curves are shaped and sanded by hand, not pressed or moulded, and nothing here is veneer or printed grain. Work begins once your order is in, so the swirl on your pedestals and the outline of your front edge come from your own boards. Stage photos are sent for approval while the piece is still on the bench.
The desk is delivered in pieces. Top, both pedestals and the drawer block are packed on their own, which cuts the chance of transit damage and keeps shipping affordable. A printed assembly guide is in the crate, and email support is there if a step is unclear. Free worldwide delivery, tracking sent when it leaves us, returns within 30 days.
