About this piece

Rows of long soft ripples run edge to edge across a wide, slightly wavy panel. The deep brown wood gives the ridges a velvety look, and the top and bottom edges follow the same gentle undulation as the carving. It reads like wind passing over a dune.

The panel is carved from solid hardwood, ripple by ripple, and left in a low sheen so the grain shows through the darker tone. It is not a molded or pressed piece. We start work once you order and send photos from the workshop as it progresses.

Wide and restful, it suits a family room or a dining wall. It arrives flat in a padded crate with hanging hardware and a printed guide, and email help is always available. Free delivery worldwide and a 30-day return window are included.
