The piece is built from solid wood blocks joined into one field, then worked by hand with chisel and gouge until every line runs unbroken from edge to edge. Nothing is printed or pressed. The surface is sanded and finished so the real grain stays visible under the color, and you can feel each channel with a fingertip. Every panel is carved after you order, so the pattern you receive is cut fresh rather than pulled off a shelf.

It arrives packed in sections so the carved face travels protected and the freight stays sensible.
