About this piece

A thin ribbon of smoke rises from a campfire in the middle of the panel, carved as a twisting column that climbs into the rock face behind it. A pitched tent sits to the left under two tall firs, with a small stack of firewood and a pack nearby, and the background opens into layered canyon walls cut in contour after contour.

The board is made of solid wood blocks joined into a single slab, then carved from the front so foreground, campfire and distant rock all sit at different depths. Needles, tent seams and log ends are cut individually. A light finish keeps the grain visible right through the rock face, and each panel is produced once your order arrives.

Your piece is shipped in sections, a choice that keeps the deep carving protected and the freight reasonable. Assembly means joining the sections and hanging them from the included cleat, which takes only basic tools. Step by step instructions are packed with the hardware, and you can reach our team if anything needs clarifying.
