Light is doing half the work here. A warm glow runs along the underside of every stripe, tracing the wave the carver cut into the wood so the flag looks caught mid ripple. Fifty stars stand proud of the union field on the left, each one cut individually, and a slim frame holds the whole composition square.

The stripes are carved from solid wood blocks, shaped into overlapping waves and joined so the flow carries across the panel without interruption. Surfaces are finished to keep the walnut figure readable, which means the darker stripes and the pale ones come from the timber rather than from stain. Each flag is built after your order.

Shipping happens with the panel disassembled. That keeps the carved star field and the raised stripe edges protected, and it holds the freight cost down on a wide piece. The box contains fittings and a simple instruction sheet, and our team can walk you through any step you are unsure about.
