Should outdoor pieces be covered in winter?+
Cover or store them through hard winters and they will thank you for decades. A pergola stays out by nature; benches, chairs and swings appreciate shelter in the harshest months.
What is the lead time?+
Every piece is made to order and ships with tracking emailed the moment it leaves the workshop. Delivery is free worldwide, and tracking is emailed the moment your piece ships.
Can I return an outdoor piece?+
You have 30 days to decide. If a piece does not sit right, we arrange collection from your home and refund in full. Every piece also carries a 10 year structural warranty on the frame and joinery.
How often should I oil outdoor furniture?+
Roughly every season of hard exposure, and at least once a year. It is a half hour with a cloth that keeps the timber tone instead of grey.
Outdoor furniture fails at the joints first, which is why this collection is built the same way as our indoor pieces: solid weather rated hardwood, joinery cut into the timber, finishes chosen for exposure. These benches, swings, tables and planters are made to stay out.
