desk-on-a-curled-sculptural-leg-in-solid-walnut
Desk on a Curled Sculptural Leg in Solid Walnut

A wide walnut top with a slow wave along its front edge sits on two supports that do not match. On the right, a single leg curls up off the floor in a long hook and meets the underside of the top. On the left, a cabinet with three drawers takes the weight, its pulls cut into the fronts so the face stays flat. Grain runs in warm red brown bands with darker streaks through the curve.

Every part is solid wood, worked by hand from real boards. Nothing here is veneer and nothing is printed. The hooked leg is shaped from thick stock and sanded through the bend so the surface stays continuous. We build after you order, which means the figure in your top comes from the boards opened for your desk alone. Photos go out at each stage of the build for you to look over before we keep going.

It travels flat. Top, curved leg and drawer cabinet are taken apart and packed separately, which protects the corners and keeps freight down. Printed assembly instructions ride in the box, and our team answers by email if a step reads oddly. Free worldwide delivery on every order, with a tracking number emailed when it leaves us. Returns within 30 days.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0988/9388/9720/files/img-1_2ed6786a-c713-4da5-9d5b-a3c566471df2.jpg?v=1792062186
